COPELANDGrace We would like to thank everyone who attended Grace's funeral, we were totally overwhelmed by the turn out. Thank you Hannah & Demi for your beautiful tribute, the best friends Grace could have wished for. Our special thanks to those who went to the park !! (You know who you are and what we mean!!) what a lovely tribute. Thank you to Dr Marcus, Prof Devereux, Ellie and all the team at Kings College Hospital London for their total dedication to trying to save Grace's life. The same thanks go to Dr. Bhuller and the team on ward 27 LRI who made us so welcome and allowed Grace to blossom one more time, and have a few extra months which were nice and calm and peaceful with her family who loved her so much. We would like to thank all our friends for their support. We are so lucky to know such wonderful people. Special thanks to Fletch & Mrs Wesson for their endless support, always there just when most needed, we will never be able to repay you. Huge thanks to Mandy, Andy, Kai, and family for supporting Livvy. What an awful thing we had to do, to have to choose one child over another, special thanks to Mandy, such a special person who throughout has always been there to support Liv (Her other mum). Most importantly we would like to thank our beautiful daughter Livvy and her beautiful boyfriend Alex. You couldn't wish to meet a more adorable young couple. They have been super brave and supportive to Grace and us, always putting themselves last.
